1. About DayVoy
DayVoy provides private chauffeured day trip experiences from cities across the United Kingdom. By using our website or booking a trip, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and driver confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include the driver, vehicle, and fuel. Attraction entry fees, food, and personal expenses are not included unless stated.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future bookings. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund.
- DayVoy-initiated cancellations (e.g. severe weather, driver emergency) receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You must be at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time. We allow a 15-minute grace period.
- You are responsible for the behaviour of all guests in your party.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by your party may incur additional charges.
- You must provide accurate contact information for trip communications.
5. Our Responsibilities
- We commit to providing a safe, punctual, and professional service.
- All drivers are licensed, DBS-checked, and insured.
- Vehicles are regularly maintained and fully insured for private hire.
- If we cannot fulfil a booking, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.
6. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries are flexible by design. On the day, you may request stops to be added, removed, or reordered — subject to time constraints. Your driver will accommodate reasonable changes. Significant route changes may affect the total price if they extend beyond the booked duration.
7. Liability
DayVoy acts as a booking platform connecting you with licensed private-hire drivers. While we vet all drivers and vehicles, our liability is limited to the cost of the trip booked. We are not liable for third-party services (attractions, restaurants) or circumstances beyond our control (traffic, closures, weather).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on dayvoy.com — including text, images, designs, and code — is owned by DayVoy and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
